How do we ship our products?

We offer free delivery to all UK orders via Royal Mail postal service. All international orders will be charged at £2.50 and transported using an appropriate courier for your region.

The standard services that we use do not offer a track and trace service. If you require your order to be tracked please contact us prior to ordering, with your shipping location and we can look into other services that are available.

Delivery times can vary, at busy times around Christmas and Easter your order may take longer in the postal service. Typically lead times are as follows:

UK – 1st Class Delivery
Europe – 5-10 working days
Rest of World 7-20 working days

What is our policy?

As with all natural materials there may be small imperfections on items, we quality check every item before despatch but please contact us on sales@oxsy.co.uk with any concerns or questions you may have.

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your OXSY purchase. However, in the unlikely case that you are unhappy your purchase within 7 days of receiving your goods, please feel free to contact us on sales@oxsy.co.uk and we will do our very best to correct the issue.
